Itinerary

The safari in Chobe begins with your arrival at Kasane Airport (in Botswana). Our guide will welcome you and take you to your lodge in Kasane. In the afternoon, we will go on a boat safari along the Chobe River.

Today we wake up early to go on a safari in Chobe, one of the most famous national parks in the world, known for its large concentration of elephants. This park is home to up to 30,000 large mammals, such as buffalo, lions, elephants, leopards, and many varieties of birds, including eagles and vultures. Return to the lodge around 6 p.m. Packed lunch in the park. Dinner and accommodation.

The next morning, after breakfast, we will depart from Chobe and head towards Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. The journey will take us through the scenic landscapes of Botswana, offering glimpses of local wildlife along the way. Upon arrival in Maun, you will check into your lodge and have time to relax before the next adventure. In the afternoon, you may choose to explore the town of Maun or participate in an optional scenic flight over the Okavango Delta, providing breathtaking aerial views of the waterways and wildlife below. Dinner will be served at the lodge, followed by a briefing about the upcoming safari experiences in the Okavango Delta. Accommodation in Maun for the night.

The Okavango Delta expedition starts early from Maun, exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site where the Kalahari Desert transforms into a lush wildlife haven. Upon arrival, we will transfer to traditional mokoros (dugout canoes) guided by local polers. As we glide through the clear channels, you may spot elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and diverse bird species like kingfishers and African fish eagles. Return to the lodge for dinner.

After breakfast in Maun, you will take a scenic flight to Kasane, Botswana. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you for a road transfer to Livingstone, Zambia. The journey includes crossing the iconic Kazungula Bridge, where four countries meet: Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. Upon reaching Livingstone, you will check into your lodge and have the afternoon free to relax or explore the town. Optional activities include a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Dinner will be served at the lodge, followed by a briefing on the next day’s visit to the breathtaking Victoria Falls.

The day begins with an early morning safari in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, offering a chance to spot wildlife such as white rhinos, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and abundant bird species. With no predators in the park, it provides a relaxed game-viewing experience ideal for photography and wildlife observation. After the safari, visit the breathtaking Victoria Falls, locally known as Mosi-oa-Tunya or "The Smoke That Thunders." Explore the rainforest trails and viewpoints while your guide shares insights about the falls' geology and cultural significance. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

On your final day in Livingstone, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge before checking out. Depending on your flight schedule, there may be time for some last-minute souvenir shopping or a short optional activity. Your guide will then transfer you to Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport for your departure flight, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Safe travels and farewell from the heart of Africa!
